I am asking all those who wish to contact me to go together for a group suit against these guys, please contact me- I am contacting my cousin who is a lawyer in Los Angeles. We will get our money one way or another. They do this too often from what I see on this site.

REBUTTAL to All American Auto Transport's response stating they had a hauler assigned. This is NOT true. Tony CONFIRMED with me that the hauler would be at our house between 4-6pm. Again, we have a friend who has access to the board of jobs and he told me that the cars had never been assigned for that day pick up. Not that the hauler was assigned and late as indicated in the company's response to my post.

2/16/12 afternoon - Spoke to Tony who answers almost all lines at this company saying he is the President of the Company and because we posted negative reviews, we would not be getting our refund but if we did remove the posts, he would refund the money immediately. He still says he did not lie. That the hauler did not confirm. My question to him was how could you tell me that the hauler would be to our house between 4-6pm if it had not confirmed? He followed with "this is my last words, if you want your refund, remove the negative posts". This is my last words to him on this post. I am asking all those who wish to contact me to go together for a group suit against these guys, please contact me- I am contacting my cousin who is a lawyer in Los Angeles. ORIGINAL POST:

FIRST ORDER FOR PICKUP ON 2/6/12 for door-to-door. Door-to-door service is NOT exactly a true statement. Telling them in advance that that our two cars are to be picked up at the house is not good enough. They didn't advise that the FIRST driver assigned is using an 80' hauler which OBVIOUSLY can't make it into a residential area. We didn't find out until 20 minutes before pickup. Giving company the benefit of the doubt and allowing for mistakes, we let them reschedule for pickup on 1/10/12.

2/10/12 am, I was told that the new carrier would be a small carrier and pick up at the door. I was not given the driver's name or contact info when it was ASSIGNED about 10am because I was told that it was not allowed, however, it was allowed two days earlier and part of their online service. I was told they needed to contact the driver, that the driver would be here between 4-6pm. We put the cars away at 7pm because no call came from company NOR driver to confirm anything. Their FAQ states that Driver would contact us. because of these events, we had to completely reschedule our move to Reno and includes a significant monetary loss for us ($200 deposit we'll no doubt have to fight to get back), hotel reservations, pet boarding. We now behind in our relocation plans which will require substantial rescheduling plans for our move and our vehicles.

2/11/12am - As a follow up to my story above, I found out thru a friend who uses the same System to see loads available that this company lied all day to me. Our vehicles were posted but NEVER EVER assigned. Tony lied about a truck being assigned. I now have a witness. See them in court if our deposit not refunded! Don't care if we drive to LA/OC to do it. It't the principal!

2/11/12midmorning - Received an email this morning from transport that they are refunding our deposit. I will let you know if they follow through.

Please refer to our terms of service that are standard within the auto transport industry. Transport times are never guaranteed due to unforseen circumstances that cause the delay from the motor carrier's end. Your order was sent to upper management and your refund was processed in full on 2/23. We apologize that you feel you have experienced a problem with your order. Please know that customer satisfaction is important to our company and all positive reveiws regarding our company are 100% genuine from our numerous satisfied clients.
